Veeresh Vastrad is the CEO with more than 10 years of experience in building capable technical organizations. Overall, he has 23 years of experience, and has developed more than 70 signatories in various disciplines and managed technical delegation programs. He has also published technical papers in international journals. He has a vast knowledge of building process-driven organizations and has successfully handled several projects which were safety critical and time-bound. He has taken complete charge of PMO office, Admin office, Finance team, Recruitment, and HR teams, and built a network with vendors and consultants to support the delivery. Bringing scalability and overall profitable growth to the organization is the primary responsibility of Veeresh.

A technically adept professional with 17+ years in building innovative solutions in the financial and retail industries. He has been a part of several solutions using the latest Microsoft and Open-source Technologies. Has been a part of the core team in building Financial, Retail, and Process driven products in Oracle India, Target India, and Carvewing Solutions. He has been responsible for providing architecture guidance and implementing solutions in AgriTech, Industrial IoT, Process Automation, and Engineering Services to develop Scalable Solutions.
Mukund Kagatikar - Co-founder & CLM Practice Head
Mukund Kagatikar serves as an ‘Advisor’ in setting and scaling the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) practice arm. With two decades of experience in e-commerce and CLM spaces, he has overseen client-facing roles related to value delivery and organizational development initiatives. As part of the CLM journey, he has led multiple global implementation tracks for small, medium, and large-scale companies. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing the 'Partner Enablement' service area for CLM firms and creating a practice area for it. Mukund understands and provides the solution to the client on setting up the right objective for CLM implementation, building best practices for the approach, setting the right composition team to carry out the work, and finally ensuring the business value is achieved by providing needed basis support.

Kedar Vaidya is a strategic leader with more than 25 years of consulting and technology experience across SAP and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). He brings over 17 years of expertise in delivering SAP programs and 6+ years leading enterprise CLM transformations using Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI). He has worked across India, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, and North America in program management, functional consulting, and leadership roles. Kedar has extensive expertise in solution design, governance frameworks, digital contracting programs, and AI-enabled contract intelligence solutions. He has successfully led ICI implementations, integrations, and transformation initiatives across Industrial, Enterprise, and Healthcare sectors.
Nilesh Ambadkar - Integration Architect
Nilesh Ambadkar is a technology professional with strong expertise in software design, solution architecture, and product development. He has extensive experience in building modern business applications and supporting organizations through pre-sales, solution design, and customer engagement initiatives across multiple industries, including Healthcare, Logistics, Insurance, E-learning, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). As an Integration Architect, Nilesh has successfully designed and delivered secure, scalable, and cloud-ready integrations involving platforms such as Salesforce, SAP Ariba, MSCRM, Workday, e-signature solutions, and Single Sign-On for major CLM systems. He holds industry certifications, including Icertis CLM and Microsoft technology credentials, and is recognized for his practical problem-solving approach and ability to guide teams toward successful technology outcomes.

She is recognized as a Functional SME and Solution Architect within the CLM domain, with extensive hands-on expertise in implementing and delivering enterprise solutions. She brings a strong combination of business acumen, technical vision, and people management capabilities, enabling her to successfully lead multiple complex projects simultaneously. Yanka is known for her consultative approach, innovative problem-solving mindset, and results-driven execution, along with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Swarnendu Sarkar has extensive experience working on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) support and implementation projects, along with telecom domain initiatives across multiple organizations and diverse customer environments. He has worked closely with global clients in delivering project implementations, support services, and business solutions across various domains. He has strong expertise in team leadership and currently serves in principal consulting roles for customers across the globe.
